Fortunately as an ACT member, you already have access to DAS expert telephone advice and the online employment manual and to complement these services we can offer an extended range of discounted fixed-fee legal services, all through our partner DAS.
Free Business legal health check
Make sure you have all the right policies, procedures and documents in place to protect your business. Simply download and complete the document (button below) and email it to healthcheck@das.co.uk.
The DAS legal team will then review and tell you what actions you may wish to take to be fully compliant.
Please note: the healthcheck is free to ACT silver and gold members however the costs of any recommended legal services following the review may not be covered by the policy. This service is provided 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays.
Redundancy approval
Redundancies should be handled carefully in order to avoid any potential claims an employment tribunal.
If your business is planning any redundancies DAS legal advisers are available to offer specific guidance before you start any process or procedure with your employees. Simply download and complete the document (button below) and email it to newclaims@das.co.uk.
DAS legal advisers can then offer you guidance through the redundancy process.
