Still have Fix Your Bike vouchers to redeem? Let the DfT know

Posted on in Business News , Cycles News

The workshop survey 2008deadline for completing all repairs as part of the Fix Your Bike scheme has now passed but it's not too late to ask for an extension.

The Department for Transport (DfT) have asked the ACT to advise our members to complete this survey to let them know whether you still have vouchers to be redeemed, or, whether you have no more vouchers eligible to be redeemed. The survey will take less than a minute.

Take the survey now

If you have been unable to redeem all vouchers assigned to your business in time for the deadline, please contact the Fix Your Bike team at fixyourbikerepairer@est.org.uk to discuss an extension.

Extensions for redeeming vouchers will be given to businesses on a case-by-case basis up to 30 November 2021. However, repairs must be completed by 31 October and receipts must reflect this.

If you do not contact the DfT before 30 November 2021, they will be unable to pay you for any further vouchers.

Have some questions? You can read their FAQ's here.
