FacebookSocial media has become a massive part of business marketing to improve brand loyalty, engage with consumers and build stronger consumer relationships.

Social media has become the tool to set a business apart from its competition by highlighting its niche.

According to market research, Facebook remains the dominant social media platform. So we asked the industry ‘what does social media do for your business?'

Many businesses use a variety of social media platforms, with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter being the three most popular platforms. However, Facebook is still the most widespread social media platform with 60% of businesses using Facebook, 30% of businesses using Instagram and only 10% of businesses using Twitter.

The social media platform that gains the most traction is Facebook (70%).

The most popular types of posts that gain the most engagement on social media platforms are posts about new bicycles, events posts, workshop tips and videos.
