Sir Chris Hoy to open Birmingham Cycle Show

Organisers of the NEC Cycle Show, Upper Street Events have announced that Sir Chris Hoy is to cut the ribbon on the opening day of the show - Thursday 27th September.

The Olympian will be present at the opening at 9.30 on Thursday September 27th, the trade only day show day. Anyone in the bike trade can register for a free trade pass, valid for all four days of the show.

Cycle Show's head of marketing Lucinda Hyde-McCready commented: "As you can imagine we are thrilled to have him opening our preview day to members of the trade and press."

As well getting the chance to see Chris Hoy, the Cycle Show offers you the opportunity to be among the first to see the latest innovations from specialist brands across all genres of cycling.

ACT at the Cycle Show

The ACT will be exhibiting at the show with Cytech training provider, ATG Training, on Stand F60 and running seminars on The Stage.

Seminars will be running throughout the duration of the show, with trade specific seminars on the Thursday. Come along to see a series of technical demonstrations on cycle maintenance, in partnership with Cytech training providers ATG Training, as well as picking up some tips on how to boost your sales with retail finance.
