What is Sofa to Saddle? Think couch to 5K but with bikes! Sofa to Saddle is the new app that is going to have everyone talking, and cycling.

Sofa to Saddle
Sofa to Saddle

Sofa to Saddle is the everyday, casual route to riding, combining British Cycling's world-class expertise with Lloyds' support to help non riders to start and riders to find a regular rhythm. Our ambition is to change behaviours and attitudes towards cycling, with the goal of getting 1 million more people on bikes by 2028.

Designed to get more people off the sofa and onto the saddle, we're taking the nation on an 8-week behaviour change journey to reignite their joy of cycling and build healthy lifestyle habits along the way. Our mission is to build a community of new regular cyclists for years to come.

How Can You Help?

We know that movement is good for everybody and that 70% of people in the UK want to move more but currently don't. Sofa to Saddle is the key to unlocking this change in behaviour and showcases that a healthy lifestyle can be fun and achievable with the right support!

So, here's where you come in.
