Posted on in Cycles News

With fuel costs still rising, more people are choosing to walk and cycle more – 28% of UK drivers are already doing so and a further 15% are considering it.

This summer, Cycling UK is launching The Big Fix, a national campaign helping people get unused bikes back on the road through simple health checks and fixes.

Cycling UK Big Fix

Cycling UK are inviting cycle retailers to take part in a Bike Fix (health check) event on 3–5 July.

It’s a great way to:

  • Get more people cycling again
  • Drive new footfall into your store
  • Reconnect with lapsed customers
  • Turn quick fixes into future sales opportunities
  • Position your shop at the heart of your local cycling community
