London followed with an 18% increase in attending accounts and a 17% visitor rise, alongside busy seminar sessions and continued interest in the Business Services Area.

Mr Harrison said: “I was delighted to be part of such a successful pair of shows and it was great to be in the company of some of the leading lights in the industry, with valuable conversations taking place across the board about the opportunities ahead for cycling retail.”

Dominic Langan, CEO of Madison, which runs the events, said: “What stood out most to me was the consistent, unsolicited feedback; customers spoke about the professionalism of our teams, the clarity of our communication and the strength of the brands we represent, and in uncertain markets how you behave matters as our approach has been consistent, measured, transparent and commercially decisive, retailers are re-engaging cautiously but positively and they are choosing to engage with Madison.”

Other speakers included Truman Purdy, Ed Clancy, Trudy Harrison, Steve Garidis, Will Norman and Dominic Langan.
