Panel event hosted by ACT Director to focus on retailer insights from the shop floor

A panel event hosted by ACT Director Jonathan Harrison will focus on retailer experiences and how they are adapting to a number of challenges within the sector at this year’s inaugural Cycling Industry News Live (CIN Live) show.

Titled Insights from the Shop Floor: Retail Resilience in a Challenging Market, the session will see leading independent bike dealers share first-hand experiences navigating supply-chain disruption, shrinking margins, rising costs, warranty frustrations, customer loyalty, and smarter supplier collaboration.

The panel will also explore how the ACT is working to amplify the voice of independent bike dealers and help build a stronger future for the sector through candid, solutions-focused discussion on resilience in today’s cycle retail market.

Taking place at midday on Monday 15th September on the Seminar Stage at CIN Live, the panel will feature insights from the following retailers:

CIN Live 2025, taking place on Sunday 14 and Monday 15 September 2025 at NAEC Stoneleigh in Warwickshire, is designed for bike shops, workshops, mobile mechanics, distributors, brands, importers and service providers and offers a mix of education, market insight and product showcases, plus a packed seminar programme and networking events including a Sunday evening BBQ.
