Ecommerce expected to grow 91% in 2021, research shows

Respercentageearch by RedEye shows that ecommerce growth will likely continue, after the initial excitement around physical shopping dies down.

More than one third of consumers (34%) expect to return to online shopping after the initial buzz of stores re-opening has died down.

41% of shoppers plan to increase their click and collect use this year and 68% of consumers in the UK believe that shopping locally is important and a majority expect to shop more locally post pandemic than before.
