V12 launches cutting edge contactless application process

Posted on in Business News , Cycles News

V12 retail financeV12 Retail Finance have made changes to their application form to improve the customer journey and enable social distancing.

New Application Journey

V12's cutting edge, advancing technology continues to give customers the freedom to purchase how, when and where they want. Their progressive application form recognises returning customers, fast tracking them through their application. And for brand new customers, it's just as simple and sleek. Customers can register to manage their account online during the process so everything is set up and ready for when they get their goods.

Find out more about V12's new application journey by watching the video here.

Contactless Application

V12's new application form, referred to as Maverick internally, and true to its nickname, is standing apart from all of the other finance applications out there.

Despite being the number one provider for online finance in the UK, in-store applications are just as important to V12. Ensuring customers are comfortable, and in control, is their top priority, which is evident with V12's latest release, contactless applications. Making it even easier for customers to complete their application form in-store, and giving them the ability to do all the important bits from their own device, with no need to handle the retailer's device.

Online applications couldn't be easier for retailers to integrate into their website. This year especially has shown how consumer purchasing behaviours are ever changing, consumers still want to buy, and they want to be able to do it with minimal effort and from the comfort of their own homes. The V12 application form can be added to your website in a matter of hours, combined with the V12 Finance Calculator you can be giving your customers more freedom and choice with the option of finance.

In a recent review that V12 conducted of the cycle retailers that they support, it was found that nearly 50% of all IBDs with a V12 account, particularly the smaller independents, are not transactional via their website. This is really missing an opportunity and is an area where V12 can provide support and point you in the direction of being able to transact online within a matter of days.

If you need any guidance on any of the new processes please call V12 Retail Finance on 02920 468 918.

If you are not yet signed up to V12 Retail Finance and would like to find out more please contact the ACT team.
