Free learning and development content for IBDs

https://myagi.com/static/public_new/images/logo.pngMyagi has served the bike industry well so far, providing it's free online learning and development network for retailers and the brands they sell in store, that can be logged into at any time, from any device. As part of their commitment to supporting the independent cycle market, Myagi has developed a set of iconic training videos, that are freely available for independent bike dealers and their staff to access and use. The launch of the cycle training series aims to support retailers already using Myagi and also to encourage new users.

Creating and sharing training content via video, with a short quiz to validate the learning is Myagi's unique approach to learning and development. The universal network can be accessed by brands and retailers, ensuring both consistency in training delivery and visibility, as each module is tracked and reported. Myagi customers are finding this approach to be both rewarding and productive, as grassroots retail knowledge is improving, along with staff retention rates. For retailers, the ability to deliver both product and operational content consistently is a breath of fresh air. For staff, the ability to progress their skills and develop their product knowledge in a broad range of areas is improving job satisfaction and sales.

The free learning and development series for independent bike retailers includes ten videos covering training basics to more in-depth skills development for the bike industry as a whole. The topics included have been developed in tandem with Mat Clark from Plush Suspension and were filmed at the impressive new MTB store Brink, and are aimed at providing retail staff the knowledge and confidence to deliver a great customer experience and increase sales.

Myagi is totally free for retailers to use and staff can sign-up and start using the content immediately at www.myagi.com. If you're a Zyro dealer your store will have already been created making sign up even easier. Retailers can create and share their own content without incurring any costs too, which removes barriers to getting started with Myagi. Brand leaders such as Giro, Camelbak, Sealskinz and many more already provide training content that will be available to independent bike dealers once they have signed-up to the network. Retailers such as Leisure Lakes, Alpine Bikes, Hargroves Cycles and around 150 IBD's are already using Myagi for free , so engaging retail staff and developing knowledge at the grassroots level has never been so easy.

Tim Noy, from Leisure Lakes, one of the first to roll Myagi out, uses the free modules as part of his standard training:
"All I had to do was sign up and invite my staff to join Myagi, it was so easy and now they're using it everyday, competing with each other and learning at the same time, which is great. I can click on the reporting and see exactly which of my staff have been training the most, which offers fantastic visibility and accountability. We plan to use it for all our internal training going forward too. The new Myagi "How to" modules are great as I am reassured to know that my teams all understand the basics - and I'm sure even my most experienced staff have learnt something from watching them. Being able to access product training from brands, as well as creating our own training is perfect...it means everything is in one place for my staff and I."

What makes Myagi different? It takes less than 5 minutes to sign-up and start learning. The ability to upload short training videos makes this engaging training method extremely palpable, accessible from any device, at any time. Last but not least - it's completely free for retailers and their staff!
