Sunstrans launches map to help key workers find cycle-related offers

Posted on in Cycles News

Sustrans have created an online map that allows key workers to find bike offers and services in their area. The map was created to help frontline heroes cycle to and from work safely during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The interactive map shows cycle offers and discounts available to all key workers, including NHS staff, across the UK. Bike shops that are still operating in some way during the pandemic can list themselves on the map as providing any of the following services:

  • Cycle loan and hire
  • Cycle repair or maintenance
  • Cycle equipment and gear
  • Bike shops currently open
  • Other

Customers can choose to browse the map, or use the search box to look up a shop via postcode.

Sustrans are working with the Association of Cycle Traders and Bicycle Association to highlight bicycle shops remaining open during the COVID-19 outbreak. To add your shop to both maps fill in the form here

If you have an offer for key workers during the pandemic and it's not listed on the Cycles for Key Workers map, fill in the form here
