ACT membership criteria

Membership of the Association of Cycle Traders is open to all UK based businesses with an interest in the UK cycle market.

ACT Membership is available in the United Kingdom only.

ACT membership is by outlet not by business.

Businesses must have adequate insurance in place at all times, covering public, product and employer liability as appropriate. Businesses must provide confirmation of insurance and policy renewal date upon enrolment (please refer to your Certificate of Employers Liability Insurance).

In the case of any dispute regarding ACT membership, the matter will be referred to the Board of Directors at their next scheduled meeting. Their decision will be final.
