Job Description
Twelve50 Bikes is an established independent bike shop in Frodsham, Cheshire. We stock Mountain, Road, Gravel and E-Bikes from Santa Cruz, Cube, Orange, Whyte and Merida, alongside a comprehensive range of parts, accessories and clothing.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic new member to join our team.
It is a mixed role and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Goods in and stock control. Booking orders into stock using our EPOS system. Identifying stock shortages and allocating stock to existing orders.
- Mail order. Picking and processing orders from start to finish from our busy online webstore.
- Customer services. Assisting customers in store and over the phone.
You will be working five days out of seven, based on a 40 hour week. Weekend work will be required. A part time position may also be considered.

Skills/Experience Required
The applicant must be self motivated, organised and pride themselves on producing work to a high standard.
You must also have a polite manner and an understanding of the importance of good customer service.
A strong product knowledge and keeping up to date with new industry standards would be advantageous.
Good computer literacy and written skills are important and previous cycle industry experience would be beneficial, though not essential.
