Job Description
Tracs (U.K.) Ltd is a Cycle Hire, Retail, Coaching and Repairs companyoperating within Delamere Forest. We are looking primarily for an individual with prior experience of cycle repairs who is, preferably, Cytech accredited andwilling to engage with all aspects of our business, this will involve bicycle servicing, selling to the public and leading groups on Forest trails.

Requirements

Bike building, servicing, and repairs

Cycle coaching, leading groups of all ages on mountain bike trails (we can provide on the job training to obtain professional accreditation for this role)

Prior experience in the bike industry

Sales of bikes, clothing, and accessories

ICT competency for the utilisation of our stock management systems and processing web orders

Opening and closing of the shop

Willing to work weekends when required

Preferably a qualified driver, but not essential

First aid trained (or willing to learn)

Social media engagement

Answering of telephone and email enquiries

DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Clearence
Opportunities

We have staff parking available and are situated close to the local railway station.
