Job Description
Full time sales assistant required for our busy, rapidly growing cycle shop in Frodsham, Cheshire.
Twelve50 Bikes is an established independent bike shop in Frodsham, Cheshire. We stock Mountain, Road, Gravel and E-Bikes from Santa Cruz, Cube, Orange, Whyte and Merida, alongside a comprehensive range of parts, accessories and clothing.
We have a vacancy for a sales assistant to join our team.
As sales assistant you will be customer facing, focussed on providing a first class customer service. You will be part of the team responsible for the day to day running of the store, whilst maximixing sales opportunities.
You will be working five days a week, Tuesday to Saturday, based on a 40 hour week. Weekend working will be required.
We offer competitive salary, dependent on experience, generous staff purchase scheme and further training if required.

Skills/Experience Required
The ideal candidate will be a keen and enthusiastic cyclist, with an excellent level of knowledge in not only bikes but parts, accessories and clothing.
The applicant must be self motivated, organised and pride themselves on producing work to a high standard.
You will have a polite manner and understand the importance of providing a first class customer service and experience, whilst maximising sales opportunities.
A strong product knowledge is important, as is keeping up to date with new industry standards.
Good computer literacy and written skills are important and previous cycle industry experience would be beneficial, though not essential.
