Job Description

Great Role for An Experienced Environmental PR Person

Energise e-Bikes, is looking for an experienced and intelligent Public Relations person to work part-time on a self-employed basis.

The company has been very successful in selling e-bikes over the last few months and now seeks to build on that performance into the future.

The successful applicant’s role will be to create and maintain relationships (probably remotely) with Influencers, including local radio, TV, and press, trade and environmental publications, relevant local government officials, and other local organisations.

This person must be a “Creator and Implementer”, not just a “follower”, and should be able to construct good business arguments for implementing their recommended courses of action.

Energise E-bikes wishes to become a “go to” place on all aspects of electric bikes, in terms of costs, convenience, environmental impact, and fun (yes, fun!), and strives to educate people on the “green” and economic rationale for buying one.

In the first instance please make contact via email to martin.s@post.com.

Skills/Experience Required

You will have previously been successful at getting press coverage for clients in local and national newspapers, and local and national TV/Radio.

You will have a good knowledge of environmental issues and the role that electric bicycles can play in mitigating climate change.
