Job Description
Pearce Cycles – Bike Shop Sales & Warranty Coordinator
Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week, including Saturdays)
Location: Ludlow Shropshire, SY8 3DP

We are a long-established and busy bike shop, offering high‑quality bikes, accessories, workshop services, and expert advice. Alongside the shop, we organise renowned downhill races and uplift days, making us a hub for riders across the region.
We are looking for an outgoing, motivated, and versatile individual to join our team in a varied customer‑facing role. As a Sales & Warranty Coordinator, you will play a key part in the day‑to‑day running of the shop, ensuring customers receive excellent service and that stock and warranty processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable advice to customers in-store and over the phone
- Assist customers with bike and accessory purchases
- Maintain a high standard of customer care at all times
Stock & Warranty Coordination
- Manage stock movements, including receiving, booking in, and merchandising
- Process and track warranty claims with suppliers
- Maintain accurate and organised documentation for returns and warranty cases
Workshop Support
- Assist with minor cycle repairs when required
- Support the workshop team with e‑bike diagnostics (training can be provided)
- Help to keep the workshop and retail areas tidy and efficient
Event Support
- Handle customer enquiries relating to event entries and bookings
- Opportunities to support the practical side of running Pearce Cycles events and uplift days
Skills/Experience Required
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in retail sales, ideally within the cycle industry
- Confident communicator in person and over the phone
- Computer literate and comfortable using retail systems
- Passion for cycling and enthusiasm for the products we sell
