Sigma Sports Head Office - Hampton Wick, Surrey

Sigma Sports is recruiting a passionate E-commerce Assistant to join the Digital team. You will need to be proactive, have good analytical skills with excellent attention to detail, love daily challenges and thrive under positive pressure. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and passionate about E-commerce.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with testing tools to extract high-value insights that influence the product direction
  • Constantly have the Sigma Sports customer in mind and ensure that the customer experience has been fully considered
  • Be a trusted partner to business stakeholders and Trading Team; negotiating efficiently to reach good results whilst maintaining positive relationships and effectively influencing priorities of other teams/functions
  • Support an environment where everyone in the business feels they are able to contribute ideas and give feedback on our digital products
  • To further develop in-house capabilities and best practice and be able to positively challenge old ways of thinking
  • Prioritising the backlog, to ensure early delivery of items that offer the highest value to the user
  • Support with testing and updates on websites and apps using
  • Responding to queries both internally and externally, helping to resolve issues

Skills/Experience Required

About You

  • Prior experience of working with an E-commerce team
  • Excellent communicator who must be able to quickly build rapport with external and internal contacts
  • Ability to summarise and communicate information clearly and concisely either face to face or within reports
  • Natural problem solver must be able to keep calm and professional at all times as well as present solutions to challenges
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of G Suite Apps (desirable)


Full-time (41.5 hours per week)


28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays)
