Job Description

This position would be perfect for a cycling enthusiast looking to join a fast-growing Fintech company and be part of a small,close-knit team.

We’re after someone bright, energetic and ready to work in an unconventional business. As you will quickly learn, start-ups are not the most straightforward place to work – but they are a lot of fun and highly rewarding.

About the role:

Joining us at a crucial and exciting time for the business, you’ll be based in our London refurbishment centre.

You will be expected to complete in the following daily tasks:

  • Building bikes
  • Cleaning of bikes
  • Complying with quality control standards
  • Completing of mechanic reports for bikes
  • Keeping workshop clean & tidy

Being a small company, you have the opportunity to progress rapidly within an area that fits your skills and expertise.

About us:

We offer pay monthly kids bikes, exchanged as your children grow up. Our broader mission is to become the consumer finance provider for the sharing economy. We fundamentally believe that consumerism is unsustainable and we need to live in a society where products are repairable and shareable. The founders are passionate cyclists, which is why they have started in cycling. However, we are building the best rental company for our members and soon hope to expand into other product ranges. We have exciting plans for the future of the company.

Skills/Experience Required

About you:

Above all, you will be extremely adaptable, and keen to work in a start-up. You will be comfortable working in a warehouse and won’t be afraid of getting your hands dirty.

You will also possess:

  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills to carry out work accurately & efficiently
  • Good diagnostic skills & problem solving
  • Able to manage work with minimal supervision
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Awareness of good Health and Safety principles
  • Able to work weekends
