Another positive change from V12 Retail Finance

ACT's retail finance provider V12 has made further security enhancements to their application process maintaining their commitment to keeping you safe.

Ride it away - the ACT and V12 joint initiative - is now worth over £100m p.a. in sales to the cycles industry, V12 continue to be the most progressive and reliable finance provider for the cycles marketplace and have recently been awarded the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for providing superb customer service and best possible experience for all their customers. This latest security update is another example of why they are the number one cycles finance provider.

So what's this latest change?

V12 are at the forefront of change, committed to keeping their retailers safe and they have recently reviewed and updated their fraud protection services and in doing so, they have improved the customer journey.

V12 have removed the customer card validation check improving the customer application journey by making it more efficient and simple. This has been removed from online, in-store and mail order applications but the security check will remain in place for applications that have click and collect delivery options.

When did this happen?

V12 removed the debit or credit card validation checking procedure from their application process on Tuesday 12th March.

What do I need to do?

You do not need to do anything apart from advise your staff that this change is taking place so that they are aware.
