Fix your bike vouchers expire 31st October

Posted on in Business News , Cycles News , Political News

Theworkshop survey 2008 Department for Transport have asked the ACT to remind all businesses participating in the Fix Your Bike voucher scheme that all vouchers assigned to your business will expire on 31st October 2021.

You must ensure you complete the repairs and redeem the vouchers via the online portal by this date.

They advise that you:

  • Assign vouchers to your business via the online portal as soon as you have booked a bike in for repair. If you have missed this step and you find that the voucher has already expired, please contact the Fix Your Bike team at fixyourbikerepairer@est.org.uk.
  • Do not delay in redeeming vouchers once repairs have been completed. This will ensure you receive regular payments and avoids a backlog that will take longer to process at the end of the scheme

Please note that you will not be able to claim for vouchers that have expired.

You can read their FAQ's here.
