Register for the APPGCW Environment Bill webinar

The All Party Parliamentary Group for Cycling & Walking (APPGCW) have an upcoming webinar in regard to the Environment Bill, in association with Landor Links.

The APPGCW comprises of a collection of MP's, peers and associate members, whose vision is to get more people cycling and walking in the UK, more often.

The Environment Bill is currently moving through Parliament and is shortly to move the Report stage.

The Bill's stated aims are to:

  • build a fairer, greener, more resilient future
  • create a new and ambitious domestic framework for environmental governance
  • provide commitments to secure improvement on air quality, natural environment and biodiversity, water and resource efficiency

Active travel brings many obvious benefits to the environment and is a vital component of the transport decarbonisation solution.

This webinar will explore how cycling and walking will be key elements in securing the aims of the Environment Bill.
