Just a Card – Indie Week is here and it's not too late to get involved!

Posted on in Business News , Cycles News

Now in its fifth year, Just A Card - Indie Week is dubbed as the ‘colourful, independent alternative to Black Friday'. The aim is to encourage people to support, value and buy from independents during the crucial Christmas retail period.

JustJust+a+card+logo a Card – Indie Week is back! Just a Card – Indie Week is about bringing the might of the Just a Card community together to shout from the rooftops about the importance of valuing and buying from artists, makers and independent shops and small businesses during the crucial Christmas period.

An antidote to the fast-purchase culture of Black Friday, Just a Card – Indie Week is your chance to shine, your opportunity to celebrate and share your work, stories and communities, both on social media and in the wider world.

Last year's Just a Card – Indie Week saw over 55,000 independents take part and we can't wait to smash that number in 2021!

Everyone is warmly welcome to be a part of Just a Card – Indie Week, wherever you are in the world and whether you're an independent yourself or simply value and love them. During these challenging times the more we use our collective voice to raise awareness of how incredible independents are, the more everyone will benefit.

It's not too late to get involved! Here's how you can join in:

  • Visit the page VISIBILITY FAIR to see the work of over 400 independents, and find out more about Visibility Fair.
  • Ensure you wear and display our ‘support independents' Christmas and Classic pins in your shops, at events and on social media.
