In return, participating dealers and workshops will receive the collated and anonymised results to help them benchmark their businesses, when published later in Q1.

  • What trends are bringing customers into bike shops?
  • Is annual workshop revenue up or down?
  • Where are bike shops investing and cutting back?

Those are some of the focus areas of this year’s Market Data, which aims to provide an accurate snapshot of the UK market, taking into account insights from frontline independent dealers and workshops like you.

Participation is open only to UK-based independent retailers and workshops, businesses that do not qualify will be removed from the final dataset. All data is anonymised.
