BT increasing copper line costs from May 2026

Posted on in Cycles News

BT has announced price increases on copper lines, ISDN and multiline setups starting from May 2026, as part of the move to digital services ahead of the January 2027 switchover.

Line rental costs will rise in stages throughout the year, from £19.95 currently to £23.95 in May, £29.95 in August, and £39.95 by October. Openreach care levels are also increasing, which may add further to monthly costs.
