We are looking for someone to take over the running of our busy workshop in Paddock Wood. This is a great opportunity for someone to take the workshop forward as their very own well-oiled machine. The workshop operates well with a senior mechanic and an apprentice (currently working toward Cytech 2 in bike mechanics).

Our Paddock Wood store sells and services some incredible bikes, so the work is varied and the customers friendly and affluent. This role will suit an experienced mechanic looking to work in a comprehensively equipped workshop, within a friendly store team to support our loyal customers.

The store is a relaxed, customer focused environment. If you are already a workshop manager and fancy a change of scenery, or you’ve been working as a second mechanic and are looking for your first Senior Mechanic role this could be your next positive move.

Ideally you will be able to say yes to the following: -

• 2 years’ experience working on bikes priced from £300 to £5000+
• A commercial outlook
• A friendly personality
• Prove you can deliver excellent customer service
• Good time management and work to a schedule
• Key holding experience
• Enjoy working in a team
• Have Cytech level 2 or equivalent (or have the relevant industry experience)
